Three friends who share a deep-rooted connection to the vibrantc ulinary traditions of Sicily and Napoli, Italy.

Egon Marzaioli
Fortuna creator and director, he delved into the world of dining, immersing himself in the meticulous artistry of Michelin-starred. From the prestigious ‘Le Calandre’ in Venice to managing 6 shops in the bustling Sydney CBD, Egon’s Hospitality journey was marked by innovation and excellence.
Upon completing their high school education, the trio set their Qights on Sydney, Australia, a melting pot of cultures and cuisines. C
Here, they each embarked on their own culinary odysseys, honing their skills and refining their craft in some of the city’s most renowned establishments.

Together, these three friends embarked on a journey of discovery, t raveling across Asia in search of new flavors and inspiration. It was during their adventures that they stumbled upon Singapore, a city pulsating with energy and a vibrant culinary scene. Instantly captivated by its eclectic mix of cultures and cuisines, they knew they had found their next culinary playground.

Giorgio Sorce
With his passion for pizza-making inherited from generations past, es tablished a humble pizzeria in the charming town of Agrigento called ‘Sitari’. His dedication to perfecting the art of dough-making s oon garnered attention, earning him a reputation as a master of his craft winning different awards in Italy and America.

Omar Tutin o
For Omar, the path to culinary greatness led him to the kitchens of Italy’s culinary elite, where he trained under the guidance of a cclaimed chefs such as Cannavacciuolo and Cedric Grolet. With each dish he created, Omar sought to elevate the rich flavors of his heritage, infusing them with a touch of sophistication and elegance.
