Team Story
Fortuna Trattoria is a story of three friends and a shared passion for food. Born and raised in Agrigento, Sicily, we, Egon, Giorgio, and Omar, have known each other for over 20 years. Our journey took us to Australia, where we honed our culinary skills. Now in Singapore, we are

We serve three distinct pizza styles: Double Baked and Crunchy, Fried and Baked, and a great selection of classic Neapolitan Pizzas. Each style is available in two sizes, so you can choose the perfect amount to satisfy your hunger.

At Fortuna, we specialise in authentic Southern Italian cuisine, with a focus on offering Sicilian and Neapolitan food in Singapore. Our Italian cuisine menu features innovative dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, including handcrafted pasta, pizza and delectable sides and desserts.
What makes Fortuna’s pizza different from other types of pizza?
For some of our dishes, our Italian restaurant uses a special ‘fried and baked’ method where the dough is first gently fried and then finished in the oven. This creates an incredibly light and crispy crust that’s simply irresistible. Also, our dough undergoes a 50-hour fermentation process. And with ingredients imported from Italy, our pizza stands out as some of the best in Singapore. There’s a saying that to check if you’ve enjoyed truly great pizza dough, you won’t find yourself thirsty at night. So why not give it a try!
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we do! Our menu features a variety of vegetarian options, and we’re happy to accommodate vegan requests whenever possible. Do note that our pasta and pizza are not gluten free and our pasta is eggless. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when making your reservation at our Italian restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, and our chefs will do their best to create a delicious and satisfying meal for you.
Do you take reservations?
Absolutely! We highly recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner and weekends, as our pizzeria tends to get quite busy. You can easily book your table online through our Reservations page. For groups of eight or more, we offer special Italian lunch sets to enhance your dining experience. Yes, our restaurant in Tanjong Pagar is the perfect venue for an Italian private dining event! No matter what the occasion in Singapore, we can accommodate groups of various sizes. Our team will work closely with you to create a memorable experience, from customised menus to personalised decorations. Do you do Take Aways?
Yes we do provide any item for collection at the venue directly. As the venue is daily very busy our Delivery service is strict to only the following timing : Lunch – from 12 pm to 1.30 pm Dinner – from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. We are on Grab too!
