On 14 May, we’re stepping out of our kitchen to join our friends at Fiamma for an exclusive, one-night-only takeover. We’ll be serving up a curated sharing menu featuring free-flow pizza—the same craft that earned us the No. 33 spot on the Top 50 Pizza in Asia Pacific 2026.

The kitchen focuses on bold, hearty Roman flavors. While it honors the "Holy Trinity" of Roman pasta—Carbonara, Amatriciana, and Cacio e Pepe—it is known for a "rebellious" streak, experimenting with textures and unexpected pairings.
